The Peak

Your smile is the hidden dream in my lack of you
I’m coming from distant cities to your shore

from unusual ages, wars
with a misspelled sulfur, inland river

planting a kiss on your lips
I am the peak of the most beautiful mountain on your mouth.

Shadows

(for Hrant Dink)

I have sculpted a pigeon
With nothingness from your dark
It has dissapeared into the orange plain
Humanless shadows are behind me
The prolonged battues
Me, shut into the corner
Laughingly encountered
The street punks

Blood touched my curl, wet
The street cats are kissing
The flower on my wounded forehead
In my mouth broken graniums
Ivys and moon song

I have sculpted a pigeon
With nothingness from your dark
